About Us
RaisaAntonia was founded in 2012 by Raisa Lawrence West and is based in a historic barn in rural New Hampshire, USA.
All RaisaAntonia pieces are finely crafted on a hand-operated, 200 needle punchcard knitting machine. Each of our knitting patterns is original - you won’t find them anywhere else.
Inspiration for our one-of-a-kind designs come from our travels, including journeys to Perú, the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Puerto Rico and Mexico. New England’s landscapes and coastline also constantly energize us to bring even more texture and natural colors into our fabrics.
Whenever possible, we source from local mills and stores - and select environmentally conscious & sustainable fibers for our pillows, throws and accessories. In addition to the exceptional - and local - Harrisville Designs Shetland yarn, we work with alpaca, linen, cotton and hemp.
We are proud of our ongoing commitment to being New Hampshire designed and made.
